Hiba oversees Dexis’ business development division and brings over 12 years of experience working in global health, specializing in business development, strategic planning, and team building. Before joining Dexis, Hiba served as Business Development Manager at the Population Council, working across program areas and regions to identify new business opportunities and develop successful proposals for multi- and bilateral donors including USAID. She provided targeted business development support, mentorship, and capacity strengthening to over 150 staff members across 14 field offices. Hiba was a Global Health Corps fellow in Rwanda. She is fluent in Arabic.
