Washington, D.C. — Dexis is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Hsi as the new Vice President of International Development. With an impressive track record of success and extensive experience in international development programming, including six years previously with Dexis, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.
Natasha Hsi rejoins Dexis as Vice President of International Development in May 2023.
In this new role, Natasha will be responsible for Dexis’ USAID portfolio in international development including stabilization, peacebuilding, governance and monitoring, evaluation and learning. Natasha will play a critical role in shaping and executing Dexis’ strategic vision, driving growth, and further strengthening the company’s position as the implementer of choice for USAID.
Natasha’s impressive career spans 20 years, during which she has held various leadership positions in well-known organizations. At Dexis, she led the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Division, managing over 120 people on contracts with USAID, the Department of State, and the Department of Defense. Prior to Dexis, Natasha led business development at leading non-profit organizations and a data technology firm.
Natasha’s remarkable achievements at Dexis include winning critical security assistance monitoring and evaluation contracts and growing the company’s global footprint through USAID and the Department of State projects. These accomplishments reflect Natasha’s strong leadership abilities, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering evidence-based programming with real impact.

Natasha holds a Master’s in Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and English from Georgetown University.
