Arlington, Virginia — USAID has awarded Dexis Consulting Group the Support Which Implements Fast Transition (SWIFT) 6-Programs Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract – a 10 year contract with a potential funding ceiling of $5 billion. Dexis is one of nine awardees of the SWIFT 6-Programs IDIQ, which will provide USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) with programs to support U.S. foreign policy objectives by catalyzing local initiatives to promote stability, peace, and democracy in response to complex political crises.
With over a decade of OTI partnership experience, Dexis has supported reconciliation and social cohesion, countered dis-information, strengthened independent media, and provided data analytics, reporting, and community-level conflict analysis to promote peace and democracy in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. The SWIFT 6-Programs IDIQ follows the SWIFT 5 IDIQ, under which Dexis implemented critical programming, including the Ethiopia Support Program (ESP), EXploratory Pilot and Learning Options for Regional Efficiency (EXPLORE) Europe in Ukraine, Moldova, and Armenia and EXPLORE LAC in Haiti.
