Global Solutions Ventures provided comprehensive personnel, logical and administrative support to the Prosecutor Vetting Commission.
Context
INL Moldova Prosecutor Vetting (INL/PV) was a Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) implementation. GSV is a professional services joint venture comprised of ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting with a broad base of experience managing projects across a diverse array of contexts and difficult operative environments. INL/PV provided all personnel, management, supervision, training, materials, equipment, tools, and subcontract items or services necessary for the purpose of supporting the Prosecutor Vetting Commission in evaluating the financial and ethical integrity of serving prosecutors and possibly also external candidates for appointment/promotion to open prosecutor positions.
Approach
Our approach focused on creating an enabling environment through continuous active communication, collaboration, accountability, and by establishing performance standards to ensure quality and efficiency. Focus was placed on recruitment, hiring, and onboarding the most qualified applicants and ensuring they had access to capacity building, training, and mentoring from a variety of expert resources. Creating highly visible and easily accessible information channels to promote the work and outputs of the Commission and Secretariat was another area of focus and was accomplished via a dedicated website, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube pages.
