Dexis’ data collection and analysis methodologies focus on producing immediately actionable recommendations that contribute to enhanced performance and organizational learning. Our services include the design and implementation of high-quality evaluations; performance monitoring; primary data collection and analysis in complex environments; knowledge management, organizational learning, and collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA); and staff augmentation for specialized monitoring and evaluation (M&E) positions to support U.S. government agencies.

Our in-house staff have subject matter expertise in quantitative and qualitative assessment and research methods; learning and adaptive management; and capacity building. Dexis’ diverse portfolio provides a range of mixed-methods M&E services across a variety of sectors—from agriculture to counterterrorism. Our M&E experience ranges from discrete activities and stand-alone projects to projects at the agency strategic level. We have conducted over 150 evaluations and have over five years of experience creating resources to capture, share, and apply knowledge, putting Dexis at the forefront of effectively using evidence for learning and decision-making.
