This privacy policy will inform you as to how Dexis Interactive Inc. d.b.a Dexis Consulting Group and its affiliates (“Dexis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses your personal information and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Sharing your personal information

Third Party Service Providers

We may share your personal information with third party service providers, who will process it on our behalf for the purposes identified above. We use third party providers for website hosting and development services, applicant tracking system solutions, email marketing services and cloud storage services.

Where is your information accessed?

Dexis undertakes global initiatives and is based in the United States. We generally store your personal information within the US or within the location of a field office. Sometimes we use service providers who access your personal information in other countries. How long do we keep your personal information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as we need it to achieve the purposes for which we collected it, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to exercise our legal rights and to protect ourselves from legal claims.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.

Additional Notice for California Residents

This Additional Notice to the Privacy Notice applies to residents of California only. California law requires businesses that determine the purpose and means of processing personal data to make certain disclosures and offer data rights. Accordingly, Dexis offers the disclosures below to its customers (particularly including individual customer account representatives) and visitors to our website. Sales of Personal Information

Data Storage and Retention

We will store your personal information until the initial purpose for which we collected such data has been satisfied, including the purpose described in our How We Use Information We Collect section. We may not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the California Privacy Rights Act.
