President and Chief Executive Officer
Dexis is a professional services firm that solves the most pressing social challenges in complex environments, paving the way for a more secure and prosperous world. Our vision is to be a leader among professional service firms working at the center of the U.S. Government’s most critical foreign assistance and national security challenges, recognized for our steadfast commitment to agility, integrity, and our people.
We advance the mission of leading global engagement agencies, including USAID, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. We specialize in stabilization and conflict mitigation, security sector assistance, rule of law, anti-corruption, and inclusive economic growth.
Dexis’ portfolio of projects is divided into two divisions, each with its own distinct origins, scope, and vision for impact in the coming years: our International Development division and our subsidiary Dexis Professional Services.
Our Center for Global Security and Stabilization serves as Dexis’ thought leader and identifies technical and regional focus areas to address some of the world’s most pressing security and stabilization issues.
Our staff of 500 headquarters and project employees maintain an active presence across 80 countries. Dexis staff are also embedded in U.S. Government agencies in Washington, D.C. and around the world. Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system (QMS) makes us a reliable partner with our clients.

As a minority-owned company, we are committed to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility as the foundation of our corporate culture. Women make up fifty-three percent of staff and over half of our executive leadership team. Fifty-one percent of our staff and leadership team are from minority or historically under-represented communities.
We are an active member of the communities where we work and provide matching donations to employee-driven social causes. Our employees have top ranked Dexis in Glassdoor as a company with the best growth prospects among its peers.
Dexis is an agile company that adapts to market changes and operates in complex environments throughout the world. We foster resourcefulness in our team so we can nimbly respond to challenges and provide innovative solutions to our clients. Ingenuity has fueled our success and will continue to fuel our future achievements.
Integrity is Dexis’ foundation. It serves as our uncompromising guarantee of honest and ethical behavior, and our corporate commitment to responsive and friendly customer service. Integrity resonates throughout our work and is at the root of the quality that infuses everything we do. Transparency and decency allow us to build the strong relationships with our staff, clients, and vendors that enable us to deliver superior services.
We empower our staff so they can use their natural enthusiasm and acquired skills to offer insightful solutions to clients, build fulfilling personal careers, and help us grow a successful business.
Over the past two decades, we’ve grown from working on a laptop at Starbucks to now over 500 professionals and evolved to serve new clients across a range of technical and professional services.
While the organization has changed tremendously, we’ve retained our drive to think critically and embrace big challenges. We’re proud of our history as an organization and the impact we’ve had on the world.
