Karen leads our Stabilization team implementing complex programming in politically challenging environments. With over 27 years of experience in diverse shifting contexts, Karen has worked in humanitarian, transitional and crisis settings throughout the globe. She manages a highly technical team of proven professionals both in the home office and in the field. Prior to Dexis, Karen owned her own company and worked with women farmers turned entrepreneurs in Ghana. She is a Senior Advisor at West Point’s Center for the Study of Civil-Military Operations. Karen was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal and speaks French and German.
