Carrie is the Senior Director for the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Practice Area with Dexis. In her role, she oversees the full cycle of USAID-funded MEL and CLA focused projects from proposal development, to implementation, to close-out. Carrie is an analytical professional with over 20 years of experience in international development. Previously, she was a Technical Director with FHI 360. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade overseas with positions in Liberia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kenya, and Haiti. She received her MPA from New York University and BA from Michigan State University and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Romania.
