Salima has more than 15 years of federal and commercial contracting experience with 10 years of supervisory experience. In her current role at Dexis, Salima leads and manages contract functions, including leading effective and efficient procurement, contracting, and award administration operations, with an emphasis on Federal Government contract vehicles, including GSA Schedule contracts. Salima is also charged with the development and roll-out of policies, procedures and special projects that are responsive to both Dexis and client needs and requirements. Prior to her time at Dexis, Salima provided management and oversight of a multi-country and multi-project portfolio for the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), operating as their regional lead contract negotiator and liaison to clients. Salima is a native French speaker.
