Washington, D.C. — Dexis has moved its headquarters in DC five blocks, from 1412 Eye Street NW to 1331 Pennsylvania Ave NW in downtown DC, effective July 11, 2022.
“1412 Eye Street was so much more than a historic DC building or even our headquarters for much of the prior decade, said Mihir Desai, founder and CEO. “The bold architectural aesthetic instantly conveyed the brand of a progressive and fast-growing firm in the global development space. But part of being progressive is knowing what the future is, and the future is focused on hybrid working arrangements. Our space at 1331 Pennsylvania NW has tons of sunlight, an open floor plan, and of course, a tree line view to happenings on the iconic Freedom Plaza. And it’s a few minutes’ walk from our 1412 Eye Street NW address.”
The move combines Dexis and its subsidiary Dexis Professional Services. Staff taking the metro will use the Metro Center station (13th & G Sts exit) to access the building. Dexis Headquarters is now located at 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 300, Washington DC 20004.
