This is an update of the announcement on October 1, 2019. The update as of February 20, 2020: Dexis has also been awarded AM&E IDIQ’s Functional Category 1.
Washington, D.C. — Dexis recently secured two five-year Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) flagship contracts: Functional Category 1 with a ceiling totaling $300 million to provide security cooperation support; and Functional Category 4 with a ceiling totaling $150 million to provide program management for assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) services across the Agency. The Company was one of seven firms that were awarded the Functional Category 1; and one of four firms that were awarded Functional Category 4.

Dexis will support DSCA and other Department of Defense (DoD) entities under the AM&E IDIQ Functional Category 1 with security cooperation support and under Functional Category 4 with management, staffing, and implementation of security cooperation around the world. Dexis currently has over fifty (50) full-time staff focused specifically on AM&E that specialize in serving high-threat posts, evaluating complex programs, and delivering results in dynamic operating environments. Dexis has a strong track record with DoD strategic planners at the geographic combatant commands, an understanding of program development and implementation, and extensive experience conducting AM&E fieldwork in more than ninety (90) countries.
