Checchi led a mid-term evaluation of USAID’s program of lending and consulting assistance to Bosnian small and medium enterprises in high-return industrial and agricultural sectors. The evaluation team’s report provided comprehensive analysis and recommended improvements to the program, with emphasis on the development of commercially viable enterprises and transfer of Western management techniques to local professionals.
