A team of U.S. and Egyptian specialists evaluated the horticulture component of USAID/Egypt’s Agricultural Technology Utilization and Transfer activity, which was designed to support the Egyptian private sector in diversifying its export market base by improving the competitiveness of horticultural production. The evaluators assessed the activity’s overall management, organizational structures and focus, effectiveness, and contractor progress, and provided recommendations for possible follow-on activities.
