El Salvador – Evaluation of Environmental NGO Strengthening Project

The Environmental NGO Strengthening Project, implemented through a cooperative agreement with the Pan American Development Foundation, was designed to work with national level NGOs aspiring to become more influential in Salvadoran natural resource management and policy. Checchi was contracted to evaluate the project’s performance and assess the potential for long-range institutional sustainability of project beneficiaries.
