Ethiopia – Evaluation of the Emergency Response Project

USAID provided grant support to Ethiopia’s Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Commission for the development of vulnerability profiles of disaster prone areas and research on the underlying causes of food insecurity in Ethiopia. A Checchi evaluator with expertise in food security issues visited field research sites in four regions and assessed the researchers’ survey instruments, data quality, and analysis methodology.
