Kenya – Evaluations of Agricultural Development Support Project

Checchi undertook the mid-term and final evaluations of USAID’s flagship Agricultural Development Support Project in Kenya. Among other evaluation issues, the evaluators examined the extent to which the project had strengthened the private sector’s role in agricultural markets, the effectiveness of seed policy reform initiatives, and the project’s success in developing public-private partnerships to carry out technology transfer.
