The purpose of this mid-term evaluation was to assess the progress of USAID/Peru’s Poverty Reduction and Alleviation (PRA) Program in expanding opportunities for productive employment and income growth in Peru’s interior by connecting businesses to national and international markets. The evaluation focused on the effectiveness of PRA’s Economic Service Centers in establishing viable marketing channels in ten targeted economic corridors and the impact of the PRA model on poverty alleviation.
